Your receipt or invoice is your proof of warranty.
Do you have tips about how to use my jewelry?
– Clean your jewelry with a soft cloth in order to keep the original glossy finish.
– Take off your jewelry before washing, showering, swimming or applying perfume, hairspray or other cosmetics.
– Do not soak the jewelry in water to clean.
– Never leave the jewelry in a damp area, such as bathrooms.
– Do not bring the jewelry in contact with perfume, hairspray or other cosmetics.
– Avoid exposure to bleach.

How does my Personalized Jewelry look like?
We do our very best to make the jewelry to your wishes. We center your text and/or symbol engravings and we ensure that the text and/or symbol fits within your chosen jewelry. We make your wishes into a unique piece of jewelry. Heart to Get Jewelry is not responsible for incorrectly delivered engravings.
There is a mistake in my Personalized Jewelry order but I saw it too late. What can I do?
Please let us know about the mistake immediately by sending us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, including your name and order number (open Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00), so we can try to fix the mistake as soon as possible.
Can I return or exchange my Personalized Jewelry?
It is not possible to return your personalized jewelry, because our jewelry is specially made to your wishes. We can exchange the personalized jewelry if it is a mistake on our part.
When will my Heart to Get order be shipped?
We all want our Heart to Get item(s) as soon as possible.. So, we do our very best to make sure the order will be delivered within 2 business days! Order your Heart To Get before 3PM = Same day shipment.
In the weekend (and if you live outside the Netherlands) you have to be a little more patient.
Will I receive a shipping confirmation?
When your order is shipped, you receive an email with the tracking number from our transporter GLS. With this number you can track and trace your parcel. All orders over €50,- will be shipped free in the Netherlands with PostNL without a track and trace code.
Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the shipping email.
What are my shipping options and charges?
To spread the Heart to Get love, we ship our items world wide!
The standard shipping rate in the Netherlands is €5,95,- and €10,- in Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Great Britain, Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland (send by GLS). You will receive a track and trace code.
Shipping rate for the following countries is €14,95 and is send registered via PostNL: Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Sweden
The shipping costs will appear when you check out your order.
All orders over €50 will be shipped free in the Netherlands.
How are shipping rates calculated?
Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination of the package. All items are shipped from our Heart to Get office in The Netherlands.

How can I place an order?
Did you find the Heart to Get necklace, bracelet, ring, earrings you always wanted? Nice! Select your colour and/or size and push the ‘Add to cart’ button. If you want more Heart to Get jewelry in your life, you can continue shopping. You can always look back in your shopping bag through clicking the ‘Shopping bag’ button.
NOTE! When your articles are in your shopping bag, it doesn’t mean they are reserved for you!
The product is sold out, what to do?
Shortest horror story ever: sold out! What to do? Within 6 weeks we hope to restock this popular item. We do our best to get the items back in stock as soon as possible.
Can I cancel or change my Heart to Get jewelry order?
Please contact us immediately after placing your order to make any changes or to cancel it.
Do you accept returns?
We understand that you might occasionally change your mind or you expected something else. Register your return 14 business days after delivery by sending an email to email@example.com, including your name and order number and the reason of return. You can return (at own expense) your item to our office in Pijnacker, The Netherlands.
Do you accept exchanges?
Ofcourse! Do you want a replacement of your Heart to Get item, for example another material colour of ring size? Register your exchange within 14 business days after delivery by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, including your name and order number and the reason of the exchange. At the exchanges fees may be charged. You can send the item to exchange (at own expense) to our office in The Netherlands.
Can I exchange my Heart to Get item for another Heart to Get item?
At this time, we cannot process such exchanges. You can only exchange your Heart to Get item for another size or material colour.
My jewel is damaged, incomplete or incorrectly shipped. What should I do?
We are sorry for this; it can always happen that an item is incorrect. We understand your disappointment. Always send an email to order@heart-to-get, including your name and order number, to make your complaint. We’ll try to help you as soon as possible and look for a suitable solution.
All our products have the same warranty conditions. Is your item still in the warranty period? Email us your order number and a picture, to clarify your complaint to email@example.com. We’ll help you as soon as possible.
Are you missing an item in your Heart to Get order? Don’t worry, we’ll help you! Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, including your name and order number and we’ll look for your missing item.
Is your Heart to Get order damaged during shipping? Contact us. Send an email and a picture of your damaged package to email@example.com, including your name and order number. We’ll look for a suitable solution! In this case your are not responsible for the damage.
